Summer Sport Programmes at the University of Hull

During the summer holidays, we have a range of programmes taking place at the University of Hull sport facilities for children aged 8 – 18 years. See what we have in store….

 

Learn how to play Squash

The University Sport Development team will be delivering junior squash sessions for children aged between 7-15 years through August. The sessions will be £5 for 5 weeks, which will include coaching for all abilities in an ever-growing racket sport and will be sure to keep them active during the summer holidays. The sessions will take place down at University of Hull squash courts located in the sports and fitness centre, every Wednesday from 4:20-5:20pm.

Kicks Summer Programme

In partnership with Tigers Trust, the University is delivering a six-week sport programme involving Rugby, Squash, Basketball and many more. Make sure you don’t miss the first week as a player from Hull FC will be attending the session to open our summer camp!

At the end of the six-week programme, all participants will take part in a multi-sport tournament with a few more surprises on the way. Watch this space for more info!

Free Footy During The Summer Holidays!

Starting from Monday 30th July until September 3rd, the University Sport Development team are offering free football sessions at the University of Hull sport grounds between 12.30-14.00pm for children aged 10 years and above.

There is no need to book, just turn up and get involved.
