We run a wide variety of fitness classes for everyone, from high intensity such as Insanity and BodyAttack, to relaxation and stretch focused classes such as Yoga.
All classes require pre booking via reception. Give them a call on 01482 466234 or speak to them directly when you’re next visiting Hull Sport.
Classes a month
I’m new to classes, are there any that are too advanced I should avoid?
No all of our classes are for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Our experienced instructors give out modifications when needed and anyone can stop anytime to catch their breath.
What clothing should I wear?
Always wear comfortable, appropriate clothing for exercise that doesn’t hinder your movement.
Are all classes free?
Yes all are classes on our timetable are free to members of Hull Sport.
Can I bring a friend who is not a member?
Yes none members are allowed to participate in classes too at a small additional charge.
How do book a class?

How early do I turn up for a class?
Please make your way to the venue 10 minutes before the start of your class in order to get ready any set-up that may be required.
How old do you have to be to do a class?
You can attend any of our classes from 16 years or above but you would need to be accompanied by an adult if under 18 or have had membership signed off by a parent or guardian.
Can I just turn up to a class?
Yes. If you want to ensure there is a space however to avoid disappointment please call ahead (01482 466234) as once a class is full no persons will be admitted.

In my spare time..
You’ll find me in the gym lifting weights, playing football or at a CrossFit class. I love to explore different types of fitness, from endurance running to powerlifting competitions. I like to go out for food at the weekend and watch Liverpool play.
