In my spare time..
You’ll find me in the gym lifting weights, playing football or at a CrossFit class. I love to explore different types of fitness, from endurance running to powerlifting competitions. I like to go out for food at the weekend and watch Liverpool play.
I have been a qualified PT for over a decade working with multiple groups to achieve their fitness and performance goals. Outside of work I like to stay as active as possible, playing sports, training with friends and enjoying nature. Please come and introduce yourself if you see me around.
