Having weekly PT with Karen has given me a more balanced approach to my workouts, which now include resistance training and functional movements as well as cardio. Karen is careful to plan a programme to target the areas I want to work on and in just 3 weeks I have developed much more tone and definition, as well as losing weight. Karen plans each session so that it is varied and makes the most of the different equipment in the gym, which means PT is always interesting, challenging and fun.
