We all feel stressed and overwhelmed at times but incorporating more physical activity into your daily routine can really help. The Active Wellbeing Programme is a five or ten-week sport and fitness programme for students at the University of Hull who need a little support improving their mental wellbeing. Our Sports Development Team will provide one-on-one support throughout the programme, attending sport and fitness sessions and offering guidance throughout.
