I’ve started my weight lifting journey at “Girls That Lift” with Karen in January 2019 to become stronger and ease symptoms of longterm health conditions.
Throughout the course Karen was positive and confident which rubbed off on the rest of us. Therefore I decided to continue training with her after the course ended and have been doing so for almost a year now. Karen has helped me to overcome fears of the free weights zone and inspired me to take weightlifting serious with her encouragement and extensive knowledge of health and fitness. She has kept my training interesting and challenging, whilst ensuring I was progressing and working towards my goals. I feel stronger, healthier and more confident thanks to Karen and would recommend her to anyone without reservations.
