Facilities Reopening for Bookers

We are pleased to announce that Hull Sport Park will be reopening from Wednesday 2nd December at 07.00.

Our usual operating hours will be in place. (Mon-Fri 7am-10pm, Sat-Sun 9am-7pm).

The health and safety of our members is paramount, and we will be also continuing with measures to continue to provide a Covid Secure facility.

As announced by the UK Government this week there will be certain restrictions associated with the tiered system within the UK which affect indoor and outdoor sport.

Indoor Sport

• Indoor sport for those over the age of 18
  • Unless from the same household e.g. squash or badminton activity with 2 people from the same household
  • There are exceptions for indoor disability sport, sport for educational purposes and supervised sport and physical activity for under-18's

Outdoor sport

• Organised/affiliated activity can return
  • However higher-risk contact activity should not take place
• Sessions and activity at Hull Sport Park must follow the guidelines within your National Governing Body (NGB)  guidelines
  • Any activity taking place outside of your NGB guidelines may result in termination of your booking
• Social distancing guidelines must be followed before and after sessions and presence of spectators must be in accordance with NGB and Government 'rule of 6' guidelines

All weekly bookings which are permitted will commence from Wednesday 2nd December under your usual arrangement of hire.

We will be finalising our Christmas opening hours over the coming days and we are hoping to confirm arrangements for you by the end of next week.

If you are scheduled to host fixtures through December we will keep these allocations in the diary for you however if you no longer require the fixtures please let us know via email at sportbookings@hull.ac.uk.
