Have you heard about the Active Wellbeing programme?

We all feel stressed and overwhelmed at times but incorporating more physical activity into your daily routine can really help. The Active Wellbeing Programme is a five or ten-week sport and fitness programme for students and staff at the University of Hull who need a little support improving their mental wellbeing. Our team will provide one-on-one support throughout the programme, attending sport and fitness sessions and offering guidance throughout.
