On Saturday 24th August, Hull Sport are hosting an open day at the multi-million pound Allam Sport Centre for anybody to take part in activity free of charge between 9-2pm as part of the national Team GB sports event.

Here are a few of the activities that you can get involved over the day:

• Tennis
• Badminton
• Squash
• Body Pump
• Fitness Pilates 
• Free access to our 120 station gym

The Allam Sport Centre open day is open to anybody who is living in Hull, East Riding and surrounding areas. We are extremely proud of the multi-million pound investment in to our facilities and you will be too when you will arrive.

Fitness classes do have age restrictions on but if you would like to visit the Allam Sport Centre that day, we have plenty of sport sessions for you to try over the day from squash, tennis, badminton plus tours around the sport arena.
