We are pleased to announce that Hull Sport Park will be reopening from Wednesday 2nd December at 07.00.

Our usual operating hours will be in place. (Mon-Fri 7am-10pm, Sat-Sun 9am-7pm).

The health and safety of our members is paramount, and we will also be continuing with the requirement to pre-book your gym visit, as well as measures to continue to provide a Covid Secure facility.

Our gym slots will open up on Monday afternoon for bookings for Wednesday onwards, to set up your online bookings click here.

As announced by the UK Government this week there will be certain restrictions associated with the tiered system within the UK.

Hull will be coming out of lockdown in tier 3 which means temporary restrictions on:

• Group exercise classes
• Indoor sport for those over the age of 18
  • Unless from the same household e.g. squash or badminton activity with 2 people from the same household

Classes 

Although classes fall within restricted activity the Hull Sport team have worked implement a new system called MyZone which enables:

• Our instructors to deliver classes with a personal touch to our members through the MyZone app
• Members with a MyZone Heart Rate monitor can be guided through the session by our instructor to ensure members are training at the correct intensity for the specific session
• Users to take part in global and local challenges against friends as well as a range of Hull Sport competitions

90% of members using the Hull Sport Online MyZone classes say that it has helped them feel connected to their fitness community
