Welcome to the University of Hull!
Hello and welcome to all new students at the University of Hull and welcome back to all returning students! Freshers week is upon us and here is a breakdown of all the information you need to know regarding our social sports programmes at the University from, Campus Sport, On Campus Intramural Leagues, Participation grant and more.
Campus Sport – Your Social Sport Programme
Campus Sport is our weekly turn up and play programme which takes place at the Allam Sport Centre. This programme will start on the 22nd September and run until 21st December. This programme is open to all students, staff and community members who are 16+. It is a great way to meet new friends, play the sports you love and be active whilst you are here at University. All of our sessions are priced at £2.50 except from; Womens Football, Touch Rugby and Wellbeing Wednesdays which are all FREE of charge. However from 22nd – 28th September all sessions will be FREE for the first week. You can view the latest programme below;
On Campus Sport Leagues
Would you like to play regular competitive sport right here on campus? We have 3 leagues on offer; 5-a-side, 11-a-side football and netball. All of our games take place at the Allam Sport Centre on weekly basis. Whether you are an individual or you have a team ready to go we have spaces available for all of our leagues. If you would like to register interest into any of our leagues you can contact sportdevelopment@hull.ac.uk
Prices for all of our leagues can be found below

University Sport Participation Grant
At the University of Hull, we believe that all students should be able to participate in sport. The Participation Grant helps students participate in extra-curricular activities from the campus sport programme, or joining a sports club or society.
This grant is available to all undergraduate students at the University. If you are a postgraduate student this funding is not available to you.
