At the University of Hull we aim to inspire female students to get involved with sport and active recreation in a way that is right for them. Fabulass was created for women to take part in sports in a female only environment so you can wave goodbye to feeling self-conscious, and say hello to making new friends and having a laugh whilst getting active!
Under the Fabulass brand we have many female only sessions from netball, running and squash, alongside our sport and fitness session. Our unique sport and fitness session offers a different surprise activity each week so you’ll never get bored. Each of our sessions are accompanied by the latest dance songs so it won’t even feel like a work out.
All of our sessions require participants to pre-book, via Eventbrite.
Fabulass, Sport & Fitness
Fabulass, sport & fitness session is unique in the sense that every week is a surprise activity. All sessions are fitness focused as well as introducing the basics skills of various sports with the main focus of fun, social and empowering women to be physically active.
Every Wednesday 18:30-19:30 Starting 29th September.

The female squash sessions are fun, relaxed and a great way to learn the sport or develop your skills with our qualified coaches. Equipment is provided at every session so all you need to do is turn up and be #Fabulass.

Girls that lift
Ladies, are you looking to increase confidence in the free-weights area?
Our ever growing ‘Girls that Lift’ is our unique female only programme, designed to teach you how to add free-weights into your workouts and perform these exercises with confidence. From mastering the perfect technique in the squat, deadlift, pull up and hip thrust, to learning all about barbells and dumbbells, this course will help any beginner get the most out of their gym workouts.
