The exam period is upon us all and it will soon be the end of another jam packed academic year. However we still have a couple of weeks to go and here at Hull Sport we are still providing you with the opportunities to take part in your favourite regular sports and activities.
Taking part in regular sport and physical activity is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety during the exam period. Any exercise to help release the bodies natural feel good hormones endorphins. Doing too much work over a short period of time will only speed up the time our bodies become burnt out so it is important to take regular breaks from your studies to ensure you can perform at your best during this exam period.
