Access Control Go Live

We're thrilled to announce that we’re upgrading our gym’s access control system to bring you faster, safer, and more secure entry with a tap or scan platform.

What is changing?

Beginning 2nd June, entry to our indoor facilities will be through a unique QR code or a tap of your phone — no more check in at reception!

Your digital membership card will be located on our Hull Sport App, so if you have not already downloaded it, please do so by Friday 30th May.

Here is a guide to setting up your account.

Important Dates: 

1. Download the app
   To help with a smooth transition to accessing facilities such as the gym, please download the Hull Sport App on your app store or play store and link your account. View our step by step guide here.
2. May 19 - 30
   During this time we will have direct support available to help you get your account set up on the app if you are having any challenges. Please visit our reception during our opening hours.
3. June 2
   Access Control goes live across our site. Locations will include Reception Gym Door, Gym Door, Sport Arena Corridor and our Strength & Conditioning Suite. View our step by step guide here.

Important: If you are unable to download the Hull Sport App, please come and speak to our reception team who will be able to offer advice of how we can support your entry.
