Keep Moving is our fitness program for Amputee’s. These run on a Monday and Wednesday at the Allam Sport center, and on Tuesday and Thursday through a team’s call.
Our Keep Moving program offers friendly, accessible fitness sessions designed specifically for amputees. We’re here to help you build strength, improve balance, stay active, and feel supported—whether you join us in person or online.

Girls That Lift is our beginner-friendly lifting program designed to help women build confidence and learn how to lift safely and effectively. Across 6 weeks, our coaches will teach you the three fundamental compound lifts:
You’ll train in our private Performance Zone, away from the main gym floor, with a small group of 10–15 women. The course costs £40 and includes:
– Expert beginner-focused coaching
– A supportive, private WhatsApp group
– Access to our dedicated Instagram community
– A welcoming environment where you can progress at your own pace
We release new course dates every 8–10 weeks, so keep an eye on our posters and social media channels for announcements. We also love hosting GTL powerlifting competitions.
We are linked with CORE Fitness Education, which means you can complete your Fitness Qualifications from Allam Sport Center.
