We would like to share our new fitness timetable with you all

New additions to the timetable this year are....

• Bridge Tuesdays 12:30 Gym Floor - “Making use of Barbells, Skiers, Air bikes, Rings and much more. This class improves muscular endurance and builds a stronger more functional body”
• HIIT Tuesdays 5:30pm Studio 2 at 5:30pm - “A class that keeps exercise interesting, with a mixture if strength and cardio, you’ll burn calories, speed up your metabolism and tone; in just 30mins!!”
• Stretch and Flex on a Saturday 10am – 10:30am; - “Relax and unwind after a long week with our Stretch and Flex class, combing stretches, foam rollers and mobility exercises, this class is a nice way to finish off the week”
