Hull Sport Membership Information – Lockdown January 2021

Dear Members,
After last nights announcement from the Government, is is with heavy hearts, that our facilities are now closed until further notice. Below we have outlined what this will mean in regards to your memberships moving forward.
As we don't yet have a definitive time frame of how long we will be in Lockdown, we are unable to confirm exact dates on when memberships will restart, however we will continue to update you with any further news that we receive.
a. Members paying by direct debit on a rolling monthly arrangement will have their payments suspended from the next payment (1st February)
b. 1st January payment – any loss of service within January (4 weeks) will be offset against the next future payment e.g. the next payment will be on the following month of reopening. For example. If we reopen 1st March the 1st payment will be 1st April.
c. Any period/loss of service will be redirected to the end of a member's initial term
i. E.g. on a 12 month DD membership, if we were to close for 1 month the month of closure would be added to the end of the standard initial term meaning that the contracted initial term would end in month 13 opposed to month 12.*
a. If you have paid for a fixed period, any period / loss of service will be added to the end date of your membership
i. E.g. on an annual upfront membership - if we were to close for 1 month, the month of closure would be added to the end of the standard initial term meaning that the contracted initial term would end in month 13 opposed to month 12.
Services still available to you during lockdown
a. Virtual Classes through Myzone.
i. If you are a Myzone Member
1. Click on 'book a class
2. Select the day you would like to book
3. Select 'Book'
4. At the time of the class, put your belt on and click 'join now' and enjoy!
ii. If you are not a Myzone Member
1. Download the Myzone App
2. Register as HULLUK001
3. Input Belt number ID as '0'
4. The follow the instructions from 1 – 4 of a Myzone Member, just without the belt.
