When asking her “What were your goals?” her reply was: “To drop a dress size, preferably bottom part of my body. To become more confident and motivated.” And she has done just that! Dropping 4.2cm from her hips and 1.8cm from her waist it is clear to see that she has more shape and a tighter waist!
When I asked her if she felt she had achieved her goals her reply was: “Honestly I have achieved even more than I wished. From a sensitive girl with low confidence I have become a different person. Training with Karen made me stronger physically and mentally. At the moment I feel motivated and I am setting up more goals for the future and definitely wish to carry on with lifting and improving. My life has absolutely changed for the better and I am addicted to lifting. It’s my passion and I love it.”
