Girls That Lift is more than just a fitness class—it’s a community of strong, empowered women passionate about lifting, personal growth, and supporting one another. Our course focuses on teaching the foundational strength training lifts: squats, bench presses, deadlifts, and hip thrusts. These key movements are essential for building both physical and mental strength.
Girls That Lift is about much more than lifting weights. It’s about building confidence, creating a supportive community, and mastering technical skills that empower you both in and out of the gym. Whether you’re a beginner or refining your technique, our experienced trainers are with you every step of the way to ensure you feel strong and empowered.
At the heart of Girls That Lift is a mission to help women feel confident and strong in the gym. We aim to create a space where everyone feels welcome, learns proper techniques, and gains the skills to lift safely and effectively. Our community goes beyond fitness—it’s about lifting each other up and celebrating victories together.
