Spin - A group indoor cycling class that focuses on strength, speed and endurance. You’ll be guided through different workout phases including hill climbs, flat terrains and time trials.
Please ensure you turn up 5 minutes before the class as the bikes need to be set up for you height and other classes like coach by colour may need some information entering into the console.
