Here at Hull we offer a range of coaching sessions to any one who wants to further their knowledge in the sport, from kids beginners fun squash to bespoke high level individual coaching.
Andy graduated from Hull University with a degree in Sports Science and has many years of both playing and coaching experience. He is currently working with Fiona Moverly, ranked 21 in the world and hoping to break into the top ten, and has worked with three National British Champions. He was head coach for the GB Squash Team for the 2017 world games and works for the University as Squash Development Officer.
As well his high performance coaching work Andy also enjoys working with all ages and abilities of players, from both adult and junior beginners up to more experienced club players. He’s also director of the Humber Junior Squash Academy, providing playing opportunities for younger players across the region.

Matty has been playing squash for almost 15 years now, and has recently passed his level2 coaching qualification. He’s been coaching for over 8 years and has worked with all ages and abilities, from complete beginner juniors right up to experienced adult club players. He’s represented his county as a junior, including in the BUCS National Championships and he plays to a high standard in the Yorkshire League.
