Our fitness team are here for one thing – to help you achieve your fitness goals and get the most out of your membership. We’re a friendly bunch who are passionate about sport, exercise and nutrition so don’t feel shy about asking for advice.
I’ve always enjoyed pushing myself to the limits in order to improve and get the best out of my body! My fitness journey began when I was playing a high standard of rugby and began working with S & C coaches on a regular basis.
My training is now centred towards competing and coaching Olympic Weightlifting and Crossfit (functional fitness). I believe in keeping training varied and fun but also recognise the importance of incorporating functional movements and purpose into your programme.
Being from a sporting background I particularly enjoy working with athletes looking to improve their performance or who are interested in exploring new training methods, however am of the belief that with the right training, guidance and hard work, we can all improve our capabilities! I enjoy using my knowledge and expertise to support my clients as they work hard on achieving their goals!
