The Active Wellbeing Programme is a five or ten-week bespoke sport and fitness programme available for students at the University of Hull who need more support integrating sport and physical activity in to their daily routine to help with overall wellbeing.
Hull Sport will provide one-on-one support throughout the programme, by designing a bespoke programme based on your wants and needs, and provide guidance throughout.

The Staff Wellbeing programme is a six-week sport and fitness programme who need more support integrating sport and physical activity in to their daily routine to help with overall wellbeing.
Hull Sport will provide one personal training session per week, plus unlimited access to the gym facilities throughout the programme for only £45.
